This week I am learning about New Zealand and some facts about it. I created a DLO to show you what you should do to help keep our community litter-free.
I decided to create a digital version of me just to be creative
This term I have been doing robotics. We had to learn how to program a EV3 Lego Mindstorm robot to move and get through some mazes. I made the robot move by typing in certain numbers into some text boxes. I made it easier when I turned the rotation into degrees because I know that if I wanted to turn right a quarter, I would turn it into degrees and it would become 90°. What made it harder was it was so hard to program the robot to go straight. At the end I got the robot to go through the last maze.
This is my calendar art for 2017, I used colours and different shades of them. The colours are Blue, Red, Green, Purple, Orange, and Yellow. My design was a city with two wide houses (one is the church), one clock tower, and three apartments.
This week I have been learning about logos that you could recognize when they're big and when they're small. I created my own personal logo that describes me. I started making my own logo designs in my designing book. I was required to make 5-6 logo designs with different shapes and other details, but I needed to keep them simple so it will be easy to recognize. For the shape of my logo I chose a shield because it is just like a square on top of an upside down triangle. For my details I created my own Pikachu and two pokeballs. I chose for my logo to be the colour cyan because it is a very tense and light colour. I chose for my name to be red because it brings out the cyan colour.
